This model is designed for those who spend a lot of time on their feet in challenging conditions: military and law enforcement personnel, hikers on routes with variable terrain, hunters and fishermen during the off-season. The boots perform equally well on autumn forest ground and during long hikes with heavy loads. The mid-cut height stabilizes the ankle without restricting movement - a compromise that those who know the difference will appreciate.

What are they made of and how does it work in practice?

The boot upper combines a dense textile base with synthetic protective overlays in areas of maximum wear - toe, heel, and side sections. The rigid toe bumper is noticeable both visually and to the touch: it really withstands impacts from rocks or roots. The entire construction is protected by a Gore-Tex membrane - this is a full waterproof barrier, not just a coating. Inside, the Ortholite insole provides ventilation during extended wear, and the EVA foam heel lining cushions the impact with each step. The tongue is stitched, so dirt and small gravel don't get inside even in field conditions.

The materials have no reflective elements - this is intentional for tactical use.

How does this model differ from similar tactical footwear?

The sole with pronounced tread and characteristic split heel section provides grip where most boots simply slip. Lacing with closed button fasteners and metal hooks in the upper part allows you to tighten the boot quickly even while wearing gloves. The system of ribbed overlays along the instep, characteristic of the Quest 4D series, adds rigidity to the construction without extra weight. The completely black finish - upper, sole, laces, hardware - meets tactical standards and requires no additional modifications.
