Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: military actions, martial law, general mobilization, enemy attacks, blockades, terrorist acts, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or quarantine imposed by the Government of Ukraine.

War-related Limitations: Due to the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, delivery services may experience disruptions, tariff changes, temporary suspensions of delivery to certain regions, or complete inability to deliver.

Changes to Terms: The company reserves the right to change delivery terms, tariffs, and timeframes without prior notice in case of delivery service tariff changes, new governmental restrictions, deterioration of the security situation, or other reasons beyond the company’s control.

Carrier Responsibility: The delivery service is responsible for the safety of the goods during transportation according to its internal rules and tariffs.

Territorial Restrictions: Delivery may be temporarily suspended or limited in regions affected by active military operations, regions under occupation, or areas where delivery services operate with restrictions for safety reasons.

Storage Terms: Parcels are stored in delivery service branches according to their regulations (typically 5–7 days free of charge). After this period, the parcel may be returned to the sender at the buyer’s expense.
