We deliver orders all across Ukraine with Nova Poshta: to a branch or a parcel locker. Choose the option that suits you best, and pay only when you receive your parcel.

To a Nova Poshta branch

For orders under UAH 5000, the buyer pays for delivery at Nova Poshta rates when receiving the parcel.
How delivery works
Placing the order
Add items to your cart, then enter your Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker and your contact details.
Confirmation
We review and confirm your order. If we need to clarify anything, we will get in touch with you.
Shipping and tracking number
We ship within up to 3 business days and send you the tracking number (TTN) so you can follow your parcel.
Receiving
You pick up your parcel at the branch or parcel locker and pay for the order on the spot.
Tips for receiving your parcel
- Check that the packaging is intact right at the branch, before paying.
- Inspect the item on the spot: that it matches your order, the size, the color, and that nothing is missing. If something is wrong, let the Nova Poshta employee and us know.
- Keep your tracking number (TTN) and delivery documents — you will need them if you decide to arrange a return or exchange.
Delivery times may shift due to force majeure or the carrier's operating conditions. If your parcel is delayed, write or call us — we will help find out where it is.
Frequently asked questions
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free from UAH 5000. For smaller orders, it is charged at Nova Poshta rates and paid on delivery.
When will you ship my order?
Within up to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. After that, the parcel travels with Nova Poshta for 1–3 days anywhere in Ukraine.
How do I track my parcel?
After shipping, we will send you the tracking number (TTN). You can use it to follow your parcel on the Nova Poshta website or in its app.
How do I pay for my order?
