Return Period
ImportantThe return period starts the next day after the parcel is received at the delivery service branch. The day of receipt is not counted.

Required- Item must be in brand-new condition
- Original packaging preserved
- All tags and seals intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase available
- Item must not have been used

Items That Cannot Be Returned
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №172 (19.03.1994), the following items cannot be returned:
- Food products
- Medicines and medical products
- Personal hygiene items
- Perfume and cosmetics
- Baby products
- Underwear and bedding
- Jewelry
- Manicure/pedicure tools
- Recorded audio/video disks
- Printed publications
- Fabric & carpet products sold by the meter
- Custom-made items
Refund Information
Timeframe: up to 30 days from the date the returned item is received
Method: refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase
Amount: full item cost according to the receipt
Return Shipping Cost
If the item doesn't suit: return shipping cost is paid by the customer

Return Policy & Legal Notices
General Provisions: Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the Resolution №172 (19.03.1994). The company may refuse a return if legal conditions are violated.
Item Condition: An item is considered to have lost its marketable condition if original packaging is damaged, tags or seals are missing, or accompanying documents are absent.
Return Deadlines: The 14-day period is calculated in calendar days, including weekends and holidays. Review of the return request may take up to 30 days from the moment the item is received by the company.
Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs for items of proper quality are covered by the buyer. If the item is defective, the company covers all justified return costs.
Refund Procedure: Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item. Cash payments are refunded in cash; card or bank payments are refunded to the buyer’s account.
Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for delays in processing returns due to war, martial law, banking system failures, or other force majeure circumstances.
Defective Items & Warranty: If defects are detected, the buyer may choose: free repair, replacement, or a full refund.
