Payment Terms & Legal Disclaimers

General Payment Terms: The company accepts payments only for products listed on the official website. All prices are in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and are final for the buyer unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice before the order is confirmed by our manager.

Cash on Delivery: When paying upon receipt, the buyer pays for the item plus the delivery service commission according to their tariffs. Refusing to collect an order after it reaches the branch requires reimbursement of return shipping costs.

Bank Transfers: When paying via bank transfer, the buyer is responsible for correctly entering payment details. Errors in banking information may delay order processing.

MonoPay Payments: When paying online through MonoPay, the payment system commission is included in the item price. Installment options (up to 12 payments) are available. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Refund Policy: According to Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days without explanation. Refunds are issued using the same payment method within 14 business days.

Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for delays in payment processing or refunds due to force majeure, including military actions, martial law, and technical failures of the banking system.

Data Protection: Payment information is processed in accordance with Ukrainian data protection laws and international security standards. The company does not store card numbers.
