This model is designed for those who wear boots in real conditions, not on asphalt: patrols, long hikes, hunting, hiking routes with changing weather. Monochrome olive-green coloring throughout the boot - upper, sole, laces - allows them to be used in field conditions without unnecessary attention to color.

The height of the calf above the ankle provides fixation of the ankle joint on uneven terrain, and the massive textured sole with pronounced tread maintains grip even on slippery surfaces. The mid-season format means the boots are equally appropriate in spring and autumn when weather is unpredictable.

• GoreTex membrane - complete waterproofing of the internal structure, the foot stays dry with prolonged contact with moisture.
• Upper - combination of smooth leather/nubuck with textile and synthetic inserts with textured finish.
• Sole - massive, with pronounced tread; the toe is additionally protected with a rubber overlay, a similar element is also on the heel.
• Heel lining made of EVA foam cushions impact load.
• Ortholite insole - provides air circulation inside the boot during extended wear.
• Stitched tongue blocks debris and gravel from entering, closed lace fastener buttons don't come undone on their own.
• Lacing - flat olive-colored laces on metal and plastic eyelets and hooks.
• Materials don't reflect light - an important detail for tactical use.
• Loop on the back makes it easier to put on even while wearing gloves.

Material and appearance

The upper of the boot combines smooth leather or nubuck with synthetic inserts with textured finish - this combination is more resistant to mechanical damage and maintains its shape well after extended use. The characteristic structured side overlay with stiffening ribs - typical for the Quest 4D line - adds lateral foot support. The Salomon logo is present on the tongue, side of the boot, and sole.
