The outer shell is nylon with RipStop technology and a polyamide layer on top. In the photo you can clearly see the olive-green color and characteristic texture: slightly glossy synthetic fabric with quilted vertical sections that evenly hold the filler throughout the volume. The cut is classic "mummy": narrows from the shoulders to the feet, minimizes internal space and warms up faster from the body. The hood is rounded, with a drawstring for a tight fit around the head. The insulation is a multi-layer synthetic filler on a polyester base with high thermal insulation characteristics.
The main difference is modularity. The bag has special fasteners for integration with a NATO summer sleeping bag or thermal liner.
