5.11 Tactical Thermal Base Layer Khaki
When it's below freezing outside and you can't afford to stop - everything depends on your first layer. This 5.11 Tactical set in khaki color is designed specifically for such conditions: it doesn't restrict movement, doesn't chafe, and keeps your body from getting too cold or overheating.
The set is designed for active people who spend time in the cold with constant physical exertion: military personnel, hunters, hikers, cyclists, winter runners. It works well both as a standalone layer at temperatures from 0°C and below, and as a base layer under a fleece jacket or tactical jacket - depending on how cold it is and how active you are.
Composition: 90% polyester and 10% spandex. The combination provides a snug fit without feeling restrictive - the fabric stretches with your movement and returns to its shape. The photos clearly show that the material is smooth on the outside and fits the figure snugly without wrinkles. Coolmax Core Nap fiber technology: smooth on the outside, soft and fuzzy on the inside against your skin. Seams are located on the outside, so they don't chafe even with prolonged wear. The product withstands washing up to 60°C without shrinking and doesn't lose its shape after multiple wash cycles.
Moisture is wicked away from the skin and evaporates quickly - your body stays dry and warm even during intense activity. The fabric is hypoallergenic and doesn't irritate the skin with daily wear.
The set consists of a long-sleeved shirt and fitted leggings. Both pieces have dark side panels (black or dark gray) - they're clearly visible in the photos and give the silhouette a neat appearance even when the thermal base layer is worn as the top layer. The leggings waistband is elastic, with no zippers or pockets, which simplifies fitting under any clothing. The 5.11 logo on the left chest and left thigh is a restrained detail that emphasizes belonging to the tactical line without excessive visibility.
