The side cutouts in the cap's design are not a decorative element, but a practical solution: the ear cups fit snugly without pressing on the fabric or shifting the cap. For active outdoor recreation or extended outings during spring, summer, and fall seasons, it is also quite appropriate.
Twill fabric has a characteristic diagonal weave - dense, holds its shape, and doesn't stretch after several wears. The photos clearly show the uniform texture of the fabric without excessive shine. The construction is six-panel, without ventilation eyelets on the crown, which makes the cap look neater and fit slightly more snugly. The visor is rigid, with an olive trim along the edge. Most tactical baseball caps are standard six-panel caps with a velcro panel on the front.
