Waffle weave made from 100% Acclimate® Dry polyester - the foundation of this men's XGO Midweight thermal suit from the Phase 2 Performance line, manufactured in the USA. This is a base or mid-layer for cool and cold weather.

For Whom and in What Situations?

• Hunting and fishing in cold season: the suit can be worn as a first layer under outer clothing.
• Military operations and field missions: antimicrobial Ag478 treatment prevents unpleasant odor during extended wear.
• Active outdoor recreation: the fabric wicks moisture during intense movement.

Temperature range: as part of an insulation system, the suit is designed for -6.7°C to 10°C, and as a standalone layer - 10°C to 15.6°C.

What Do We Know About the Material and Fabric Properties?

Acclimate® Dry Moisture Management technology combines high absorbency with quick drying. The material is breathable, durable, shrink-resistant, and has UPF 35+ UV protection. The fit is standard, without compression, so movement is unrestricted.

How Does the Suit Differ from Regular Thermal Underwear?

• Flat Clean Seam® seams minimize chafing, so the suit is comfortable to wear directly on skin.
• Offset shoulder seams (Rolled Shoulders) remove the seam from under backpack or body armor straps.
• Underarm gussets increase arm mobility.
