Winter coyote boots: what's in the selection

This selection brings together 21 pairs of insulated coyote-colored boots priced from 1 900 to 3 100 UAH. Almost all are made in Ukraine, with a size range from 36 to 48. Brands include Evolution, Кіборг, Нато, Яструб, Hamars, Памір, Барс, BASTION, HUST, Grifon and UKR·TEC.

What they are insulated with

Sheepskin lining — in Evolution boots made of smooth Turkish leather, rated down to -15 °C.
Wool — in Кіборг boots with a rubber toe cap, down to -20 °C.
Faux fur — in HAMARS with metal eyelets on the lacing.
Fur — in Grifon with a closed toe and in the high-cut Cobra.
Cotton — in HUST.

Upper materials

Нато and HAMARS boots are made of nubuck, with the second model combining it with Cordura. Crazy Horse leather is used in the Crazy line: these pairs hold up to -20 °C and have reinforced toe and heel areas and a wide rear strap. Evolution is also available in a Cordura version.

Fastening and height

Most pairs use lace-up closure. Several models, such as Гладіатор, combine lacing with a zipper, so they are quicker to put on. The tall Safari and high-cut Cobra cover the leg above the ankle.
