Pentagon
Pentagon: Tactical Clothing and Footwear from Greece
Greek brand Pentagon makes tactical clothing, footwear and gear for service, hunting, hiking and everyday wear. It is especially strong in warm layers: fleece jackets of different weights, insulated jackets and vests, plus plain base T-shirts that stay comfortable under body armor.
Fleece: From a Thin Layer to a Standalone Jacket
Fleece weight tells you how to wear the jacket. The Elk at 180 g/m² works as a thin mid layer under a shell. The Athos 2.0 at 280 g/m² has a two-way YKK zipper and the MJC system, so it pairs easily with outer jackets. The Hercules 2.0 and Tac Maven Elk at 300 g/m² keep you warm on their own, and the Hercules 2.0 also has a hood. The same rule of thumb helps when comparing other fleece jackets.
Jackets and Vests for Transitional Seasons and Cold
For changeable weather there are Pentagon demi-season jackets: the insulated Monlite, Aurora Hood and Nucleus, as well as the fleece-lined Panthiras. The Homer vest packs into its own chest pocket and waits in your backpack for a chilly evening, while the hooded down Omega keeps your core warm under a jacket.
The Logan Level 7 parka is built for cold and wet snow, with synthetic insulation, taped seams and a double PU coating rated at 10,000 mm. Size it with room for fleece underneath: Level 7 is worn over all other layers.
T-Shirts, Caps and Footwear for Every Day
Among Pentagon T-shirts and polos, the basic choice is the Ageron Blank in 165 g/m² ringspun cotton with a slim fit: if you like a looser feel, go one size up. The Vanquish polo with laser perforation dries quickly in the heat.
Among Pentagon baseball caps and field caps, the Tactical 2.0 in ripstop has hook-and-loop panels for patches, and the insulated Fleece cap helps in autumn. For footwear, the Scorpion V2 boots have a Hydroguard membrane, while the Hybrid 2.0 shoes with a CORDURA upper and the Kion trekking sneakers suit the city and easy trails.
