The SordinHEAR2 system with directional microphones reproduces the surrounding environment so accurately that you can hear a twig snap or grass rustle at a distance, while protecting yourself from gunshots or explosions. Automatic suppression limits noise levels to safe 82 dB without any manual intervention.

The headphones are designed for field conditions: dust, sand, high humidity, extreme temperatures from -32°C to +55°C - all standard operating conditions for T2. Protection from radio frequency interference (RFI) is critical when working near radio equipment, and here it is implemented to the MIL-STD-461G standard level.

Construction and Materials: What You See and What Matters

The outer cups are made of matte plastic with embossed triangular facets - such a surface is less slippery and better resists scratches. The cups are connected to the headband through black metal rotating brackets that provide adjustment and folding. The headband is soft, black, with metal mounting elements. The ear cushions are round, soft, and black.

On the side surface of the cup is a ribbed rotating control knob and control buttons. An external microphone on a flexible boom with foam windscreen allows you to fix it in the desired position. All electronics are protected by a multi-layer coating for complete water resistance.
