R&M Termoloft cocoon sleeping bag: warmth when temperature drops to -18

The R&M cocoon sleeping bag with Termoloft insulation is designed for overnight stays where humidity and cold quickly steal heat. According to the stated specifications, it maintains comfort at temperatures down to -18, does not absorb external moisture, and weighs about 2 kg.

Specifications: what you should know about the model

• Color: olive
• Size: 80x220 cm
• Weight: about 2 kg

Insulation: warmth without swelling

Termoloft is made of modern microfibers. They create thermal insulation, do not absorb external moisture, and restore their shape after compression, so the bag does not lose volume after transportation. This is important for a sleeping bag that is regularly packed in a backpack.

Use: from packing to overnight stay

The kit includes a compression bag with a drawstring and plastic buckle for fastening. When compressed, the sleeping bag takes up significantly less space than when unfolded, and it is convenient to attach to a backpack. The cocoon cut narrows toward the feet and reduces the volume of air that needs to be heated. The 80x220 cm size is suitable for tall users. Such a tactical sleeping bag is appropriate for hikes, trips, and field conditions where insulation from cold and moisture is needed.

Difference: minimal weight with low-temperature performance

Among models of similar size, this cocoon bag stands out with a combination of low weight (2 kg) and a stated temperature range down to -18. Water-repellent microfibers and shape recovery make it a practical choice for those looking for a sleeping bag for the cold season. The muted olive shade does not attract unnecessary attention in the field.
