Pockets and construction

The pants have six pockets, each with its own purpose:

• two main slash pockets;
• two rear pockets with velcro;
• pocket above the knee with rubberized zipper;
• pocket above the knee with velcro.

The waistband has belt loops, so the pants can be adjusted at the waist. The pant legs are tightened with velcro: this prevents cold air and wet snow from getting inside, and the pants can easily be tucked into tall boots.

How to wear

Insulated multicam pants pair well with solid-colored tops in olive, black or sand tones. They work well under a tactical jacket or fleece sweatshirt, and in freezing temperatures you can wear thermal underwear beneath them: the recommended range down to -20 allows for this. For footwear, choose boots or trekking shoes with high shafts.

Differences

Women's tactical twill pants on microfleece are less common than men's models with the same cut. These have two pockets above the knee, one of which closes with a rubberized zipper: convenient for storing small items that shouldn't get wet. The pants also feature Intruder's signature leather patch.
