Construction

A wide insulated belt covers the lower back against drafts. The pants fasten with a zipper with protection against accidental opening and two metal rivets. At the bottom, pant leg volume is adjusted with side zippers, and the pant legs are additionally secured with a metal rivet. There are four pockets: two classic front pockets and two side pockets.

Suspenders and Back

The main distinguishing feature of the model is the insulated back with suspenders. It attaches at the rear with a zipper, and a protective flap covers the seam against drafts. At the front, suspenders are secured with velcro; they are elastic and have adjusters, so it's easy to customize them for yourself. If needed, suspenders can be easily removed using the clasp.

How to Wear

For severe frosts, the pants are worn over thermal underwear and a fleece layer, then their range down to -30 °C works at full capacity. When moving, for example during transitions, a lighter base layer is sufficient. A winter tactical jacket in the same olive shade would pair well with them on top.

What Makes Them Different

Unlike regular insulated pants, the back with suspenders here covers the lower back and prevents wind from penetrating at the seam. Thermoloft insulation is lightweight, doesn't migrate through the fabric, doesn't absorb moisture, and restores its shape after compression. Microfibers form chambers that trap warm air. The membrane fabric reduces heat loss, and WR treatment protects against dirt and moisture.
