The UKR·TEC Patriot winter boots in coyote combine natural nubuck with light CORDURA inserts and are insulated inside with stuffed wool. The mid-height model covers the ankle from snow and slush, rubber caps protect the toe and heel, and the laces let you fit the boot snugly.
Sandy brown coyote goes with multicam, coyote uniform and gear, and in town it looks good with olive or grey trousers. The light textile inserts make the boots look lighter than all-leather ones, and road dust shows less on the sandy tone.
The hard-wearing sole absorbs shock, so small stones and uneven ground are felt less. The tread grips well on different surfaces and works best on moderately difficult terrain. A rigid heel counter keeps the heel in place even on a long march.
Nubuck is flexible and durable, and CORDURA keeps water out while breathing. The stuffed wool keeps you warm when standing in frost. After wear, dry the boots at room temperature, clean the nubuck with a dry brush and treat it with a water-repellent product from time to time.
