The insulated Carinthia G-Loft MIG 4.0 jacket is designed for extended outdoor time in frost and wind: the comfort temperature declared by the manufacturer according to EN 342 standard is -15°C. This is an outerwear from the Austrian brand Carinthia, which for over 40 years has been developing clothing for civilian and military use. Grey color with a bluish tint, built-in hood and smooth synthetic outer fabric.

Use in Field Conditions

• Gore Windstopper Shelltrans outer fabric protects against wind and water, ePTFE membrane is water-repellent, so the jacket is suitable as a waterproof jacket for wet weather.
• Ventilation zippers under the armpits help release excess heat during movement.
• Cordura fabric overlays on the shoulders and elbows reinforce areas that rub most against backpack straps and gear.
• Two pockets on the sleeves with Velcro are designed for insignia, and another pocket is located on the lower part of the left sleeve.

Stay Warm Without Extra Weight

G-Loft Si insulation in its isolation structure resembles goose down, but does not absorb moisture: it releases it outward and retains heat. After prolonged storage in a folded state, the material quickly restores its original volume. Insulation density: 125 g/m² on the body and 80 g/m² on the sleeves. A compression bag is included, so the folded jacket takes up only 15x28 cm.

• Two-lock front zipper with storm flap and chin protection, all outer zippers are waterproof.
