What is it made of and how does it perform in wear?

The outer fabric is nylon with a smooth dense texture, wear-resistant and capable of repelling water and wind. Along the edge of the hood and on the sleeve cuffs you can see olive fleece - it retains heat near the neck and wrists. Cuffs on elastic that fits snugly around the arm and doesn't let cold under the sleeve.
