Wear it where most jackets fail

The model is designed for intensive outdoor use: prolonged exposure to cold weather, perimeter security, active movement in winter conditions. Thanks to the ISO Mapping system, the G-Loft filler is distributed unevenly: 145 g/m² on the torso where heat loss is greatest, and 110 g/m² on the shoulders. This is not a marketing detail - such distribution allows you to maintain freedom of movement and avoid overheating during active work. The insulation retains its thermal properties even when wet, so rain or snow won't turn the jacket into a cold compress.

Material and construction: what really sets this jacket apart

The outer fabric is wind- and water-resistant polyamide with a matte texture, clearly visible in the photos: smooth surface without shine, solid grey-blue color without prints. The lining is made of durable polyamide, and the PTFE membrane provides complete moisture protection, not just water-repellent treatment.

The central fastener is a two-way waterproof zipper with a wind flap and chin guard. The hood is removable but hides in the collar rather than hanging separately - the collar with soft lining holds it neatly. Sleeve cuffs are adjustable with velcro, and there are also three velcro panels for patches and sleeve insignia.

Six pockets and ventilation - thoughtful ergonomics

The HIG 4.0 features two large external zippered pockets with thermal fleece lining - in frost this makes a noticeable difference. Two internal Napoleon-style pockets are convenient for documents or a phone. Additional zippered pockets are located on the sleeves. The ventilation system with removable openings on the side seams allows you to quickly release excess heat when activity increases without removing the jacket. The hem is adjustable with an internal elastic drawstring. A compression bag for transport or storage is included.

Most insulated jackets in this price segment either lack a PTFE membrane or use standard synthetic insulation without zonal distribution.
